PURCHASE OF GOODS

When purchasing items in by Wilton Denmark’s webshop, you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Right of return

byWilton Denmark’s webshop offers a 14-day full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt. The sign must not be damaged, scratched and all parts of the box must be intact, otherwise it will not be returned. The return slip must be filled in and enclosed in the package, the return slip can be found on the website under CUSTOMER SERVICE, ‘how do I return my item’. You can also contact us at info@bywilton.dk and we will send it to you. Items without a completed return slip will not be returned. We do not accept packages sent by post cash on delivery. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card with which the item has been paid for. We send all items as parcel post, it makes it possible to track the parcel in case problems should arise. The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

Delivery takes place with GLS, and you get the package delivered to a parcel shop / parcel box near your place of residence.

byWilton offers worldwide shipping. All shipments abroad are sent by GLS. Freight charges will appear on the order confirmation before you pay. We send all goods as soon as possible, but please find guidelines for delivery below:We will send the item as soon as possible, however, see the delivery guidelines:

Denmark: 1-3 business days. Scandinavia: approx. 1-6 business days. Europe: approx. 2-6 business days. USA: approx. 5-8 business days. Rest of world: approx. 5-10 business days. Should there be delays with the carrier, by Wilton cannot be held liable. .

Should there be delays with the freight company, by Wilton Denmark can not be held responsible. In case of non-delivery, we will send a new delivery free of charge.

THE RISK OF THE GOODS

The risk for goods purchased in by Wilton Denmark passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT

At ByWilton Denmark’s webshop you can pay with these paymentcards: Dankort, eDankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, JCB, MobilPay (only DK) and Klarna. All prices in by Wilton Denmark’s webshop are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT. If you order from a country outside the EU you may have to pay local taxes and duties, which we cannot be held responsible for, but orders are subtracted Danish VAT. In this case you will be contacted by the freight company. Be aware that this may delay shipping since the goods are held up in customs.
